There is bad news for DC fans as Warner bros. has reportedly shelved the 90 million dollar Batgirl movie produced for HBO max. The film will not be released on HBO max now. Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah had helmed the project with the lead star Leslie Grace. The company's goals have shifted back to theatrical releases under the new corporate leadership at Warner Bros. Discovery, leaving "Batgirl" without an appropriate home screening. Fans have expressed their disappointments on social media.

Warner Bros. has also scrapped Scoob: Holiday Haunt- an animated sequel to the 2018 film Scoob. Fans are still awaiting the official announcement from the senior staff members of the production firm regarding the shelving of the significant projects. The decision still surprised people because studios rarely shelve a high-budget film. It's unclear whether more DC projects are on target from the upcoming movie slate. Whatever the case, it certainly isn't a good indication of WB executives' direction.
